The order in which the events occurred has remained rather sketchy and difficult for total recollection on behalf of Mr. Stover. Under these circumstances, he gives us his most clear remembrance for the purpose of renewed research within this area.
Firstly, for reasons unknown to him, there was recalled an energy field. The scope of this field was said to have surrounded the area in question extending two blocks in any direction beyond the playground also located on the premises. The sensation evoked within Mr. Stover, was one of intrusion, at the very least the feeling that one was being observed. Stover felt rather disconcerted and out of place during the course of the day in question. There had been hundreds of people there having and wonderful time, that failed to notice anything out of the ordinary, unlike him.
Naturally, as his recollection continues to improve, his details increase Secondly was noted an orb of sorts, the apparent size of a basketball which remained to him very fleeting; for no more than five minutes or so out of the entire day.
Next he becomes a bit hesitant to continue further, fearing ridicule as the strangeness of the details becomes more prevalent. His intention is for those attempting this research to remain open-minded, as he believes his memories fervently. Although he has run them through various logic and rational tests of his own, he remains personally unable to find a thoroughly explainable variable to which his bizarre accounts can be attributed. Most noted, the fact that no power sources were visible to explain the production of an energy field of any kind. Next off, the remnants of a "jelly-like" or "goo substance" accompanied by a fine ash known in the world of ufology as "angel hair".
His final statement before he plunges us into his own detailed summary of what was to him, recalls a musing on the possible connections to the famed and claimed Philadelphia Experiment and or Montauk Incident. There was no strange aerial phenomena that could have been reported as "space-ships" reported, although to be clear, he doesn't want to state that there were none present, only that none were visible to him.
Such a conclusion is drawn to compare the three events, due to the noted occurrences of individuals attending the conference tending to "disappear and reappear". At first, he examined the possibility of a supernatural factor, although it was quickly dismissed once realized that these individuals were truly alive, well and attending the conference in literal terms, and not 'in spirit', you might say.
Mr. Stover also recalls there being a few other noted witnesses to the strange occurrences, those being Barry Goldwater, and Robert Leroy Ripley. Goldwater was said to have witnessed one of these "disappearance/re-appearances, was quite taken aback, and was said to have made a phone call because of it. Stover recalls not more than two hours later, official government agents began to arrive at the location. He notes that although they did arrive in a rather large Cadillac, they were not the reported "sinister" agents that are spoke of in regard to strange occurrences. Rather they sported heavyweight badges and considerable credentials. Their instructions to the servicemen are recalled as Stover quotes, "Shag ass, soldier, or you'll be shipped to either Germany or the Aleutian islands." A threat regarding the Aleutian islands location being highly inconvenient, rather referred to as "the middle of nowhere".
Before the day was through, there were roughly forty government agents present, furiously snapping indiscriminant pictures. He also recalls overhearing one of them saying to the others, "Just start taking pictures. We'll sort it all out later."
Stover's memories did not reappear to him solely on their own, rather they were invited by various influences which acted as triggers. One such noted was a television commercial for a "Lube and Go" type of automotive service station, featuring Harry Hayward and a "backward kicking machine". The accompanying humor stated, "I could just kick myself in the rear". This triggered the memory of the United States patent office to Stover, which is where the machine had a patent pending.
The second event or occurrence to trigger his recovering memories concerns an experience having taken place in 1983. This was a solid memory concerning the uniqueness of the situation he was beginning to recall, and notably the numbers of the appearances and disappearances, estimated to him as at least fifteen or twenty individuals. They were said to have "appeared out of the past".
Also, a few have inquired concerning the issue of regression hypnosis with Stover. In regards to this issue, he has not undergone any to date.
He has also been questioned regarding the presence of unconventional vehicles, or "space-craft". His best recollection states that none were visible to him, although he does not discount the possibility of their being any present due to this factor. This is further supported by his recollections of feeling that others were present about him in such a fashion, although not physically so. He terms this as being spiritual awareness".
The issue of the appearances of those noted from the past is also of tremendous concern. While Stover recalls quite a few names of those who were said to have appeared physically "from the past", he cannot place from where they were during their lifetimes, nor why it was that they appeared at that specific location at that time to him and a few others. That still remains the primary question.
Although he trusts his memories unflaggingly, he admits to being in a perpetual process of recollection. Whereas some pieces may not fit perfectly to him now, they might do so at a later point in time.
Stated in more detail, Stover is still recalling some of the names and faces that he recalls to have witnessed there. Occasionally, it is a rather startling matter as research explains to him that some that he witnessed and had believed to be alive, had actually been deceased for quite some time. He is in pursuit for these reasons, of the government investigators and others present at that time. That main impetus that drives him is the fact that pictures were taken, and he would prefer that he is able to at the very least view them within the course of his lifetime. This motive is rather to preserve the event, rather than personal proof. He is wary that due to the "no-tell, no trouble" ways of the American government, the event will be conveniently archived as never having taken place. as many noted have fallen subject to this sort of treatment.
Although to him he now has a better understanding, and more clear recollection of the events taken place, it still remains inconclusive at best to him. He is greatly interested however, concerning the investigation of the events. Though it is rather unreliable to be in a class of classified government project workers and expect anyone to speak the unadulterated truth.
In closing, he states he is still adamantly searching for the agents present that day, along with those who attended the festivities. Never having been told to "keep his mouth shut", Stover continues to spread the word in an active attempt to have others join his private crusade to have the truth which he feels is quietly known to all of them, finally revealed.

My name is Bryan Stover Jr. I was at this carnival about 36 years ago, and I am here to tell you my story. Give me some room for my memory, as I was just one month shy of my 7th birthday. I would also like to hear all comments about this story -- good and bad -- so e-mail me at bryanstover@yahoo.com.
Also to back up my story for all you real paranormal investigators, you would know that Barry Goldwater lived in California and investigated paranormal activity. This is a non fiction story. Try to have an open mind and clear your head when reading this.
It happened in Vallejo, California in the early 60s at Washington Playground. The time was in the month of July from the 17th to the 21st approximately. The carnival in question happened as a result of a friend's cousin crying in a closet. We used closets then, and tried to cheer him up, so we came up with an idea of a carnival and prizes. We went to the United States Patent Office and they SHOULD have letters which protected our ideas as of that time -- this was 36 years ago -- but the government seems to have taken them. I was a helligan and a fighter. We had a Code of Conduct contract as to how we would conduct ourselves that weekend, but they put a clause on me until my twenty-first birthday, about 1975, so that I would stay out of trouble and I did. It has their official seal of the masonry, and is currently being held by some archives of an applet court or archives by the U.S. Supreme Court because of the uniqueness of the agreement. They asked me if they could study this agreement, and said they would return it in six to eight weeks -- or months -- but they never did.
On the day of the carnival everything was fine. It was a normal kids' carnival, and had something to do with the masonry. As I'm the main person that I know of that knows about the carnival, I know it's not a hoax. We had a contract as to how we would conduct ourselves that weekend, and it NOW involves a large sum of money and was well-coordinated on their part in regards to expert guest speakers from all over the country. No speaker that was invited to talk on his expertise was ranked less than number four in the country, or the world.
One person gave his topics about how gold can float on water. Soon after, he badly panicked because he saw a person there - alive - who had died in 1949. They had to be coordinated to meet in the San Francisco Hotel Accommodations and then transported to Vallejo as no accommodations were available there. Also there were diplomats present.
Then our carnival took place on a three-day planning period. For everyone to have forgotten it took place with this much planning on their part is impossible. About an hour into it was when things started to go wrong. I could feel some sort of energy field around me, letting me know what was going on from a few blocks away. The only way I can describe it is like some sort of ESP.
Most were having such a good time that they do not remember or were unaware as to what was going on around them. There were also things that happened that were not visible and had other tricks of their own that were shown that day. One such was a manila envelope -- they opened it up and showed it was empty, then pulled one of the flaps, attached the clip and counted to ten. Then opened it up, and a flat piece of paper was pulled out that had materialized within the envelope. Someone wound up with this manila folder, but I don't remember who, though. This happened quite a few times, and there was absolutely no way that a flat sheet of paper with no wrinkles could have been inserted by slight-of-hand. I believe to this day that more paranormal things occurred at this event than at any other time since paranormal events have been recorded. The agents that were to later show up and investigate were simply told to just forget it ever happened and go get drunk. No wonder.
Do you know the full story about Abraham Lincoln's awareness of his death in Vallejo? In the early 60s, there was an event sponsored by the masonry. This event has become the one of the most concealed cover ups and conspiracies.
During this event, Barry Goldwater saw me talking to a certain person and panicking, left to make a phone call. About two, to two and a half hours later, the "Men in Black" came in. These investigators -- I call them the "men in black" only because on that day they wore black suits, ties and wore black hats. They also had cameras with them. I do not know the real names of the investigators, only that there were -- at least by my memory, four CIA agents there that day, because of all the foreign diplomats.
The politicians and foreign diplomats soon began to leave as they were told to by the soldiers. They were ordered by the investigators, and were told if they did not, then they would be shipped to Germany or the Aleutian islands. And some actually were shipped.
I'm looking for these agents and certain other people that were officials of this event, but in the last three years I have had little luck.
Abraham Lincoln also appeared there, to my recollection. From where in time he left and arrived there I don't know, but someone told him about his own assassination. He looked around and realized there were forty-eight stars on the flag, so I say with this knowledge he could have prevented his own assassination. But the dilemma is to what might this country be like if he did alter history? And of course, the rest IS history. He decided to die when the time came.
Also I know Dallis was there, also William Casey -- these two names just came to me recently. Richard Helms, and William Colby -- these guys came into the situation, told these CIA agents that something strange is going on here, and to get these UN diplomats the hell out of here, and they did. But isn't it strange that these four would become at one time or another head of the CIA? Out of this investigative group?
What I'm trying to do now is break the code of silence on this subject, as the "Men in Black", the think-tank boys, AND the masonry can't explain it. Either that or they don't want it remembered, and they blacked out my memory. But now that I have regained it, there is a lot of big money at stake.
I'm looking for the evidence now, and am trying to locate some of the other kids that I remember that were there. Depending upon how heavy they want to play it will depend upon how much I talk about it.
So, right now I'm going to spill my guts about it, because until they come visit me, I was never told that I can't talk about it.
This involves big money, and possibly a murder.
Now 36 years later.... my memory has returned, and I believe that they blacked me out because I talked, or was seen talking to more of those who should not have been there. It seems that even those who organized this event have forgotten the significance of their actions by neglecting to check and see if I had stayed out of trouble. For them to neglect that it ever happened as it appears to currently be happening, can only cause the masonry to lose faith.
If we kept our end of the agreement and they failed to keep theirs, then their honor and integrity are in question and will be until this issue is settled worldwide.
There are at least eight or more of the biggest insurance companies in the United States that guaranteed the funds in question. I guess they are not too worried about me yet, but as quite a few have passed away since then - 37 years ago or more - they are not too worried about it yet. Just wait until it makes waves. Oh, boy, it's going too be fun.
